K.M. Stickler & Company co-founded Sunbuilt Custom Homes, LLC in the fall of 2004 in order to capitalize on the extreme demand for high-end residential housing in southeastern Arizona. In 2007, sales surpassed $4 million and a strategic alliance was formed with Century 21 Global Partners in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Currently, Sunbuilt Custom Homes is contracted to build several 'Green' custom homes utilizing AAC block as its structural building component.
